Beyond the Olive Meyer Lemon

Round and fruity in flavor with the taste of lemon zest. The lemon flavor is obtained by crushing meyer lemons at the same time the olives are being crushed (not by adding a concentrated lemon flavor).
This EVOO works great as a finishing oil poured over cooked fish (Tilapia, Halibut, Sea Bass, etc) and adds a great twist to terrific over a salad
