In 2004 The Robbins family studied organic olive oil production in Umbria, Italy. Each evening after milling they spent time tasting and learning about Balsamic Vinegars. After 3 years they have found one that is worthy of the Robbins Family Farm label. 18 years old and imported from Modena, Italy it is wonderfully sweet and delicious. A perfect coupling with any of our oils!
