Rozendale Green Tea Vinegar - 375mL

This vinegar is made from a Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet grape cultivars, cultured by an indigenous “mother” which originates from the first vinegar made on the farm in 1988. This vinegar is macerated with green tea, chilli, carob, lavender, kelp, sweet pepper and grape must. Use as an aperitif, or mix with water for a refreshing quencher. Pickles, marinades, dressings; the uses are abundant!
