Rozendale Lavendar Vinegar - 375mL

The Rozendale vinegars are made from a Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet grape cultivars, cultured by an indigenous “mother” which originates from the first vinegar made on the farm in 1988.
This vinegar is infused with an organic lavender grown on our farm. Try a vinegar reduction; heat in a large saucepan and allow to simmer until caramelized. Serve hot or cold with roasted venison or vegetables. Enjoy!
